Since we”re all supposed to #StayInside for the time being, now is a great time to squeeze in extra #practice time while avoiding exposure to #coronavirus. Want to see what it looks like when I woodshed? Here’s how it sounded a few nights ago when I was experimenting with developing groove phrases, trying out different ideas with turnaround licks in preparation for tracking some #funky #basslines on a live stream. This is my first time playing along to these songs, so I’m learning them and coming up with these lines on the fly. No edits and no fixes – this is as raw as it gets!
